
December’s challenge is “Holiday De-Stress”. Ah, the winter holidays – starting with Thanksgiving and ending after the new year – what a stressful few months for everyone! Below are a few suggestions that may help you through the hectic holiday season. Earn FIVE (5) POINTS for every occasion that you take some personal, relaxation time. Read a book, meditate, take a walk or try yoga. Whatever provides you with some personal, relaxation time! Namaste! Please email your completed tracking sheet to me!! January’s challenge is “Successful Changes”. Setting a health and/or wellness goal for the new year? Why not try breaking it down into small, manageable steps? Use the January Challenge to get a jump start! Give yourself TWO (2) POINTS for every day you follow through on your goal, whether it’s packing your lunch instead of eating out, choosing fruit instead of chocolate or drinking an extra water a day. Since we are getting a late start, please give yourself ONE (1) POINT for January 1st – January 9th. Start your official points based on your “Successful Changes” challenge on January 10th.
